Christmas Tree
Last week we cut down our own Christmas tree from our friend's tree farm - http://www.pinesteadtreefarms.com/
It was pretty cool, not as expensive as I thought and I high recommend it. Now it wasn't a snow shoe hike like last year...

BWCA Trip 2008
Erika and I went into the BWCA for Labor Day. Here are the photos.
We went in from Poplar Lake to Liz to Caribou to Horseshoe to Gaskin and we stayed on Winchell Lake - 5 portages and almost 13 miles. Check out some of the photos to see why it's very impressive for Erika to be doing this kind of thing....

Gunflint Trail Weekend
Erika and I spent the weekend on the Gunflint Trail. I really put my camera through a workout as I took 735 pictures. Unfortunately, they all didn't turn out, but here are some of the good ones.

Up coming weekend plans
Erika, Abbie and I are heading to Clemson this coming weekend to see Erika's family and all the tailgater's to see Clemson play Boston College this coming weekend. Erika and I went to a game last year and it was awesome. Clemson is currently on top of the ACC with a record of 8-2, 5-2 in the conference and Boston College is second with a record of 8-2, 4-2 in the conference. Here's a video of the 25 most exciting seconds in college football.

Easter Eggs
This weekend Abbie, Erika and I colored Easter Eggs. I think the funnest part for Abbie and Erika was watching me attempt to blow the egg's insides out and seeing my face turn red. Here's a photo of our work.
