I'm still trying to decide the best way to post pictures to this site. I've started using Flickr more, but I'm a big google fan. I've thought of having a separate blog for photos alone or just posting everyone to the main page....maybe a poll would be appropriate.

I sent an email to one of the writers of the Geek Dad blog (one of my favorite sites for cool things to do with kids - they also love Star Wars stuff) about the Magic Garden and they posted about it - click here to see their post - with my picture and a link to this site. That was pretty cool to read. They referred to Abbie as a Geeklet - when I told her that, she didn't quite know what to think.

A comment from their site said we could make our own magic garden and here's a link on how to do it. Very cool - we're on the look out for Mrs Stewart's Bluing - the toughest ingredient to find.

Abbie got a fun Christmas present from Aunt Mary and Uncle Roger that we did this weekend. It's called the Magic Garden - here's a link to the web site. One tip I would recommend is to find a permanent home for it before adding the magic. We had a couple of trees fall over this morning as we were cleaning around it. Check out the photos - thanks Mary and Rog!
